Saudi Awwal Bank becomes first bank in Saudi Arabia to achieve ICXS-2019 certification


Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), one of the leading banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced that it has obtained the prestigious “ICXS-2019 International Customer Experience Standard” certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI), becoming the first bank in Saudi Arabia to receive it. This significant achievement underscores SAB’s strong commitment to excellence and its adherence to the highest global standards in delivering outstanding customer experiences. The certification covers customer experience practices within Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Operations, which led the preparation and assessment process in close coordination with other operations functions and support teams across the bank. Achieving this recognition underscores SAB’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality, consistency, and reliability of its operational performance. This milestone forms a key part of SAB’s broader customer experience strategy and reflects the bank’s continued investment in elevating service standards in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
